Let’s talk security. How does Arryved keep my card safe?
As one of our top priorities, we have gone above and beyond concerning your personal data and card safety. Your card data is vaulted in servers that exceed PCI Compliance security standards. Consider these servers the Fort Knox of the digital world.
Who do I talk to if I have questions about the charges on my card?
The bartenders and staff of the establishment will be the best people to answer these questions. These people will be much more in the know than us concerning your experience and the appropriate charges.
How do I add and remove cards?
Tap the ‘Payments’ item. If you don’t have any cards, you’ll be prompted to add one right away. Once you have at least one card, it will list them out. You can add a card from this screen. If you want to modify or remove a card, tap the card in question.
Can I add gift cards?
Gift Cards are unfortunately not supported at this time. We kindly ask that you speak to one of the staff members of the establishment to charge your gift cards in the traditional manner.
Why do you need my location? Are you creepers?
In the spirit of making your life easier, we ask that you share your location. We have no personal interest in knowing where you are but our app does! By allowing the app to have your location, we can tell what businesses you are closest to which then allows you to start a tab there.
What happens if I leave without paying my tab?
Depending on the establishment, you may get chased after by a staff member. Kidding. In the rare event that you leave without paying your tab, the establishment holds the right to charge your tab just as any other open tab would be handled. Often businesses will charge a posted gratuity on top of the sale in this situation.
Is this free? Are there hidden convenience fees? Because those suck.
As you may have noticed based on how we wrote the above question, our app is totally free to you! The hopes are that since you don’t have to pay for anything other than your tab that this will encourage you to use our service.

Support for the Arryved Mobile app is strictly web facing at this point in time. We have created a help center for all the questions that should arise.
