Let’s talk security. How does Arryved keep my card safe?

As one of our top priorities, we have gone above and beyond concerning your personal data and card safety. Your card data is vaulted in servers that exceed PCI Compliance security standards. Consider these servers the Fort Knox of the digital world.


Who do I talk to if I have questions about the charges on my card?

The bartenders and staff of the establishment will be the best people to answer these questions. These people will be much more in the know than us concerning your experience and the appropriate charges.


How do I add and remove cards?

Tap the ‘Payments’ item. If you don’t have any cards, you’ll be prompted to add one right away. Once you have at least one card, it will list them out. You can add a card from this screen. If you want to modify or remove a card, tap the card in question.


Can I add gift cards?

Gift Cards are unfortunately not supported at this time. We kindly ask that you speak to one of the staff members of the establishment to charge your gift cards in the traditional manner. 


Why do you need my location? Are you creepers?

In the spirit of making your life easier, we ask that you share your location. We have no personal interest in knowing where you are but our app does! By allowing the app to have your location, we can tell what businesses that you are closest to which then allows you to start a tab there. 


What happens if I leave without paying my tab?

Depending on the establishment, you may get chased after by a staff member. Kidding. In the rare event that you leave without paying your tab, the establishment holds the rights to charge your tab just as any other open tab would be handled. Often businesses will charge a posted gratuity on top of the sale in this situation.


Is this free? Are there hidden convenience fees? Because those suck.

As you may have noticed  based on how we wrote the above question, our app is totally free to you! The hpes are that since you don’t have to pay for anything other than your tab that this will encourage you to use our service.


What’s your support phone number?

Support for the Arrived Mobile app is strictly web facing at this point in time. We have created a help center for all the questions that should arise. In case you cannot find what you are looking for, feel free to email craftfwd.help@arryved.com. All emails will be responded to by the end of the next business day after you reach out.


Getting Started

Downloading the Arryved Mobile Fwd App

The first step in starting your Arrived Mobile experience is downloading the app on your phone or personal device. Arrived Mobile is available on both iPhone and Android devices, so search either in the App or Google Play store. Downloading this app is free for all users. 


Creating an Arrived Mobile  Account

Once you have Arrived Mobile downloaded, the app should appear on your homescreen (see shameless dog plug below). Click on the app and a loading screen should appear followed by a login screen (see also below). If you do not already have an account with us, tap ‘Get Started!’






Next, please enter in your first and last name and a valid email address. Please make sure to read and review our
Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. An email will be sent to you with a code to validate your account. Once entered, tap ‘Sign In’.





Congratulations, you are now an Arrived Mobile user! There is just one more step to take in order for you to start and close-out tabs at your favorite watering hole. Click on the hamburger menu on the top left of your screen. From here, tap the menu item labeled ‘Cards’. You will then create a 4-6 digit ‘Wallet PIN’. This PIN will be used each time you go to pay your tab. If your device supports the use of facial recognition or thumb print identification, these can be used as well. 






Once you have your PIN set, you will need to assign a card to your account. This will be the card that you use to start and payout tabs. Tap ‘Add a Card’, enter in your credit card information, then tap ‘Add Card’. After clicking the back button you are ready to start drinking something crisp and refreshing! Follow along in the next section on how to manage tabs with Arrived Mobile.



                                                  






Starting Tabs

Here is where the fun begins! Arrived Mobile can be used in two separate ways: you can start your own tab before talking to a server or you can claim a pre-existing tab that has your card on file. Each method allows you to pay your tab from your phone, no more waiting in long lines just to pay!


Starting Your Own Tab

To start your own tab, you must first select the location in which you plan on drinking at. Note: Arrived Mobile automatically pulls the closest 10 locations that use Arrived Mobile for your options. Once you select your location, you will be prompted to start a tab. Double note: If you do not currently have a card on file, the ‘Start a Tab’ circle will be replaced with a button saying, ‘Register Card’. This will bring you to the Payments screen outlined in the previous section. After taping ‘Start a Tab’ an empty tab will appear. A server should be by soon to take your order!























As you order items, they will appear in real time with each individual price as well as a running total.

Claiming an Existing Tab

If you wish to start your tab in a more traditional way, hand your registered card to your server or bartender for them to place on file and order as normal. Arrived Mobile will recognize your card already having an open tab. The ‘Start a Tab’ button will say ‘Claim Tab’ and after tapping this, you will be asked to verify the tab is indeed yours. Once you are sure, you are responsible for paying that tab with the credit card information we have on file. 










Paying and Receipts

Paying Your Tab

To start a payment on your tab, tap the green ‘Tip & Pay’ button on the bottom right of your screen. Once you select a tip amount, press ‘Complete Payment’ and you are good to go!






Viewing Receipts
To view receipts, tap on the menu box in the top left of your screen, then click the menu item labeled ‘Receipts’. From here, you will see all of the receipts associated with your account. Tap on an individual one to get an itemized receipt. Remember to take a screenshot for your records!
